Manage Multiple Developers on a Project
As solutions grow and become more complex, the need for additional development staff can arise. The goal of team development is to share the workload and to build better products. This session introduces tools for building data models, process mapping, bug detection, bug tracking, task assignment/notification, and project scheduling. We'll discuss the development of design style sheets and script templates to speed up the development and provide a consistent look and feel. We'll also discuss the importance of documenting scripts and calculations with comments.
