In this session you will learn the basics of an AJAX architecture, and how to use FileMaker as a backend database for your AJAX data needs. In general web interfaces load an entire web page at once. Any change requires reloading an entire new page. Using AJAX developers can selectively change small portions of a page, minimizing the amount of web traffic and creating a more interactive experience for the user.
